The staff were unobtrusive but were there as soon as you required anything. The choice of food in the all inc restaurant was excellent. (except the Yourkshire puddings!) There was a good choice of bars to enjoy. The...  

Rooms were clean and there was a bar with some entertainment which kept my little girl happy in the evening. Plenty of choice in the buffet style restaurant and quality of food ok.

Kids club was not open. The pool was not very inviting. Had to queue to use the lifts. Generally the hotel is in need of some refurbishment.

we had our credit card stolen and the hotel staff were less than helpful they even charged us for the phone call to the police. stayed here at a very difficult time as the volcanic ash left us in benidorm for 10 days

The staff friendly however felt hotel was a little tired, wih the absence of car parking facilities and sunbeds close to the pool. I was only at the hotel for two nights but paid €50 to park my car at the closest multi...  

Rooms feature decent size with regular cleaning, offering daily fresh towels. The rooftop sun terrace provides fine views, but be prepared for limited shade options.

Breakfast queues can stretch longer than you'd like, especially during peak hours. The bar area suffers from long wait times due to limited staff, and the entertainment tends to favor a Spanish audience, leaving little for English speakers.

My stay was really comfortable on this visit. The standard double room was quiet and fantastic, perfect for my needs. The location was great, close to lots of bars, a slight hill opposite the park in the old...  

The rooftop pool was a perfect sunny escape, and the kid's game room kept my children entertained all day. We enjoyed the delicious variety of food and the nearby park was a hit with the kids!

It was the first time we had ever been to an all inclusive where all the food was always excellently presented, a great choice for everyone,but most of all, always,always piping hot. We had excellent service from the waiting on staff, well done charley...
